Ready to increase efficiency, reduce errors all while earning more & working less?

Let’s say you only have 15-20 hours a week to work your business or maybe you have more time but you only want to work your business 15-20 hours a week, regardless…

Creating workflows is key and the best starting point is with Startup and Shutdown Workflows! Inside this guide, I’m giving you both PLUS a list of other workflows to consider adding to your business when you are ready.

A business workflow is a repeatable process that consists of a series of tasks that generally need to be completed in a specific sequence.

Think of it as work flowing from one stage to the next until it is finished. No more struggle with what to do next!

If you are serious about building a successful business, creating and setting up workflows should be done sooner rather than later!

Elevate Your Efficiency
Mastering Workday Startup & Shutdown Workflows

Hey there! I'm Kathy.

I’ve been an entrepreneur since 1985 and working online since 2001 and although I didn’t call them ‘workflows’ we had them back in 1985 in our retail furniture store and custom picture framing business.

Thinking back to my time working online, the most success with the least stress and overwhelm has always come when I had ‘workflows’ in my business.

My time has always been limited, as I’ve always worked with my kiddos with me… or school hours as they became older and I’ve never had a sitter or Nanny, etc.

Had it not been for having workflows (before I knew what they were called) I’m not sure my work would have gotten done correctly, much less on time consistently.

Thank goodness for workflows! I sure hope you find value in this free guide I’ve created for you. If you do, please reach out and let me know.
